3r3 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "3r3" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the 3r3 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 3r3.app and all associated subdomains and services.
• "User" / "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by 3r3.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created following successful completion of the 3r3 registration process.
• "3r3 Login" refers to the authenticated session initiated when a registered user accesses their Account using their credentials.
• "Balance" refers to the aggregate of real money funds, bonus funds and any winnings held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalents or matched deposit credits awarded by 3r3 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total turnover a User must generate before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary transactional currency on the 3r3 platform.

By registering an Account, completing the 3r3 Login, placing a bet, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 3r3 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Your acceptance also constitutes agreement to 3r3's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form an integral part of the agreement between you and 3r3.

If you are accessing 3r3 on behalf of a third party or using payment instruments belonging to another individual, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary authorisations to do so. 3r3 accepts no liability arising from unauthorised use of third-party payment methods.

To register and maintain an Account on 3r3, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether with 3r3 or any other gaming operator, at the time of registration.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of 3r3 or any of its affiliated entities.
• All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate and complete. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3r3 reserves the right to request documentary verification of identity, age and address at any time. This may include a copy of a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or a recent utility bill in your name. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and may delay or prevent withdrawal of funds.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on 3r3 at any given time. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3r3 Login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication tokens associated with your Account. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

3r3 will treat all activity conducted through a 3r3 Login session as authorised by the Account holder. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 3r3 immediately via the support channels listed in these Terms. 3r3 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Account holder failed to adequately protect their login credentials.

3r3 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner that may expose 3r3 or other users to harm.

All deposits on 3r3 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the 3r3 cashier.

By initiating a deposit, you confirm that the payment instrument used belongs to you and that you are authorised to use it for this purpose. 3r3 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered to third parties.

• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
• 3r3 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• 3r3 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Deposited funds may not earn interest, regardless of the duration they remain in your Account Balance.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time subject to the following conditions being met: (a) your Account has been fully verified; (b) no active bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding on your Account; and (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the real-money component of your Account Balance.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your Account. In circumstances where this is not operationally possible, 3r3 will contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal route.

Processing timelines vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours for verified accounts. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL and Meezan Bank are processed within one to three business days. 3r3 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

3r3 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or where unusual account activity has been detected. Requests subject to such review may take additional time to process.

3r3 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free game credits and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from the associated winnings.
• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only; real money funds in your Balance are not subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until wagering conditions have been fully satisfied.
• 3r3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided this does not adversely affect a bonus already in active use by a player.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering patterns or manipulation of game mechanics — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All sports betting markets on 3r3 — including PSL cricket, international cricket, and other sports — are governed by the specific sport and market rules displayed within the sportsbook at the time of bet placement. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

Casino game outcomes on 3r3 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is provided by the relevant game developer and is available within the game information panel. 3r3 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session or bet — including server failures, disconnections or software errors — 3r3 will apply the following resolution policy: any incomplete round or bet that cannot be reconstructed from server logs will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's Account Balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 3r3 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity, age or payment information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches or technical errors for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Charging back or reversing any deposited funds through your payment provider after those funds have been used in play.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to obscure your geographical location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.

3r3 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account engaged in prohibited conduct and to report such conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on the 3r3 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface design, software, text and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3r3 or its licensed content suppliers. The 3r3 name and logo are registered trademarks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 3r3 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any 3r3 content without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3r3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, system downtime, payment processing delays or third-party service failures.

3r3's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 3r3's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

3r3 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes and must not be treated as a source of income or a means of addressing financial difficulties.

All users have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your Account and restrict re-registration for a defined period.

You may close your 3r3 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification and withdrawal processing requirements.

3r3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or where continued operation of the Account would create regulatory or legal risk for 3r3.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, 3r3 reserves the right to withhold any Balance attributable to bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, or funds obtained through prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits that remain unplayed will be returned subject to applicable anti-money laundering verification procedures.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3r3 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant regulatory body.

For the avoidance of doubt, use of the 3r3 platform is subject to international gaming licence regulation. It is the sole responsibility of each User to ensure that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

3r3 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 3r3 will provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notification on the platform or by sending an email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the 3r3 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.
